Se già avevate sentito altri lavori di Watchen (il tastierista) tipo Seven Tears o i Neon Diver sapete già cosa aspettarvi, comunque sembrano un incrocio ben riuscito fra i Work Of Art (così ci si rifà dell'ultimo non entusiasmante album) e gli H.E.A.T. alla lontana.

Ascoltato Connected, veramente un gran disco dal primo all'ultimo pezzo, melodie che sembrano uscite direttamente dagli '80 e nonostante ciò non risultano mai banali e scontate, voce notevole, a tratti vero che ricordano un po' i primi H.E.A.T.
Come detto tracce deboli non ce ne sono, ma su tutte direi spiccano Dividing Lines stupenda ballad con inserimento del sax da pelle d'oca, Give me Strenght e Heart Belongs che è la migliore di tutte. Da comprare assolutamente .

onesto degli heat ci vedo davvero poco per non dire niente comunque tolto questo,davvero un gran disco gira in loop da giorni nel mio stereo

 

Per dire un pezzo, Give me Strenght un po' ricorda gli H.E.A.T. degli esordi secondo me.

 

si in qualcosa si ma in generale nello sviluppo della canzone vedo forse più similitudini coi work of art o nel pezzo specifico forse ancora di più affinità coi the magnificent

 

Vabbè, primi due H.E.A.T molto alla larga, più che altro per come canta e certi suoni, così per come suona la tastiera può ricordare i Work Of Art, tutto il resto è un aor così zuccheroso che dopo ogni ascolto bisogna lavarsi i denti per non rischiare carie.
A ttovar difetti direi che è troppo aor ed in due occasioni il volume dei suoni non è gestito al meglio, per il resto buon album.

Attention; Our new guitarist is called VIKTOR ÖSTRÖM BERG. A good friend of the band and a true master of the fretboard. A songwriter in his own right, Viktor is the perfect fit for Care of Night's future journey! Welcome aboard Viktor, read his statement below;

"I'm sad to hear that my old friend Jonathan decided to leave Care of Night, since he’s a guitar giant and have made a great job with the band. At the same time i feel honored to have been chosen to continue where he left off.

I’ve been a big fan of Care of Night since the release of their EP, and I’m looking forward to play with the guys and make some new great tunes”. - Viktor

 

Hi everyone!

We are sorry to inform you that our friend and band mate Jonas has decided to leave Care of Night. We understand and respect his decision, and there are no hard feelings between us. Here's a message from Jonas:

"Dear friends, followers and fans. It is never easy to tell bad news but during autumn I have made the decision to leave the band. The reason is because of personal matters, but also to walk my own way musically.
I want to thank you for all the support, all the support and joy you give the band, but also me as an individual. You guys are the best fans one could ever wish for! Thanks for everything! See you in the crowd!

What will happen with Care of Night now, you might think? We will continue our journey, and focus on writing and recording some new stuff for you.
