Io l'avevo letto su wikipedia della storia della prostituta "Charlotte" (che non sarebbe mai realmente esistita, almeno come Charlotte, ma si basava su una storia vera di Dave Murray)
"Charlotte the Harlot", their only song to have been written by Dave Murray alone,[5] is the first of four Iron Maiden tracks which make reference to the fictional prostitute 'Charlotte,' although Murray states it was "based on a true story."[21]
Comunque in questo video, dai 5 minuti in poi circa, si parla dei primi due album dei Maiden, di Paul/Bruce, del punk, e raccontano un pò la loro primissima storia. L'ho trovato interessante

From Here To Eternity è una figata di canzone, praticamente sono gli AC/DC in versione Heavy ma a me piace un sacco
Giuro solennemente che d'ora in poi la farò sempre fuori dal vaso.
On Tour 2013: 20/04/13 (Roma) Litfiba; 24/05/13 (Londra) Rush; 08/06/13 (Milano) Iron Maiden+Megadeth; 11/07/13 (Roma) Bruce Springsteen;
....o gli Iron Maiden in versione Hard Rock!!! Ah!! Ah!! Comunque nel '92 (all'epoca diciannovenne) quell'album era amato da tutti i maideniani.... oggi al massimo gli Iron suonano solo la title track e rispolverano "Afraid To Shoot Strangers" solo nel 2012.... e ripeterò all'infinito se fosse stato solo di 8-9 brani sarebbe stato giudicato meglio ma in quel periodo ci fu il sorpasso nelle vendite del CD sul vinile e commercialmente furono spinti dalla EMI a mettere 12 songs.... normalmente quelle 3 o 4 in più erano relegate come B-sides.... non dimentichiamoci che all'epoca si vendevano ancora 45 giri (anche se per poco) e primi CD-single che in alcune nazioni venivano prodotti nel formato da 8 cm (in Italia rimase sempre di 12 cm)From Here To Eternity è una figata di canzone, praticamente sono gli AC/DC in versione Heavy ma a me piace un sacco

Concordo, Fear of the Dark è un grandissimo album per 6 o 7 canzoni. Le restanti potevano essere benissimo lasciate perdere, o al massimo inserite come bonus track in eventuali ristampe.

era una di quelle che salvavo io invece
si poi forse con pessimo ho si un pò esagerato ma il mio pensiero non si discosta poi così tanto
