Praticamente, non sò se qualcuno ci ha fato caso, ma tutti i finali delle serie televisive della Fox avevano questa canzone di sottofondo, specie se erano finali drammatici

..incredibile. Tu ora non ci crederai, ma ti giuro che quella degli elegeion si può dire che ci sia "cresciuto"..l'ho scoperta anni fa su una compilation..e a lungo è stata una delle mie canzoni "lente" preferite!
Mi fa venire in mente un sacco di cose, di ricordi, di momenti, di persone, ma soprattutto, pure a me, di "vecchi me" che continuano a bussare alla porta del me odierno.
Bello. Più o meno.

Questa mi fa commuovere. Il duetto Baker/Laura Jaeger è riuscitissimo, le linee melodiche molto dolci edelicate, il testo bellissimo.

Tra le canzoni commoventi come dimenticare questo pezzo di Slowhand? Il testo è una poesia, la musica è sublime, il tema è tragico: la morte di suo figlio Conor, avuto da una relazione con Lori Del Santo, caduto dal 53o piano di un grattacielo di New York. Una delle più struggenti canzoni della storia:
