Di recente i THE DAMNED THINGS hanno annunciato il loro attesissimo ritorno, pubblicando il singolo ‘Cells’, tratto dall’album “High Crimes” in uscita il 26 aprile su Nuclear Blast Records. Nel secondo trailer, il chitarrista Joe Trohman parla del nuovo singolo ‘Cells’ e dell’idea sottesa al video.
Il video di ‘Cells’ è stato diretto da Brandon Dermer (PANIC! AT THE DISCO, NEKROGOBLIKON).

“High Crimes” è stato prodotto da Jay Ruston (ANTHRAX, STONE SOUR, AMON AMARTH) ed è il successore del debutto del 2010 “Iconiclast”.
Nove anni fa, Scott Ian – chitarrista e co-fondatore della leggendaria band thrash metal ANTHRAX – si incontrò con Joe Trohman (chitarrista e co-fondatore dei FALL OUT BOY), iniziando a comporre musica assieme. Con l’aiuto del batterista Andy Hurley (FALL OUT BOY) e l’irriverente voce di Keith Buckley (EVERY TIME I DIE), i THE DAMNED THINGS presero forma. Dopo vari cambiamenti, oggi al basso c’è Dan Andriano degli ALKALINE TRIO.
