27 Aprile: esce l’album tributo ai KISS
Pubblicato dalla KOCH Records, “Spin The Bottle – An All Star Tribute To KISS uscirà il 27 aprile (copertina). L’album è un tributo fatto da band famose a Gene, Paul, Ace e Peter. Prodotto da un collaboratore di vecchia data della band, Bob Kulick (e Bruce Bouilet) e tra i musicisti partecipanti possiamo anche trovare il fratello giovane di Bob, Bruce Kulick (che ha suonato nei KISS per 12 anni).
Negli anni i fratelli Kulick hanno lasciato il marchio nell’organizzazione dei KISS. Bob è stato il chitarrista di Paul Stanley durante il suo tour solista nel 1989, mentre il fratello Bruce ha fatto parte del gruppo come membro effettivo, dal 1984 al 1995. Nell’album possiamo trovare una line up di gruppi come gli Styx, King’s X, Helmet, Melvins, Motorhead, Dokken, Whitesnake, Twisted Sister, Poison, Journey, Ozzy Osbourne band ed altro ancora..
La prima versione del CD conterrà anche un DVD, in edizione limitata, con un documentario di 40 minuti e filmati dal vivo e riprese dalle registrazioni dei pezzi, interviste con Chris Jericho, Doug Aldrich, Tommy Shaw, Steve Lukather, Tim Bogart, Bruce Kulick, Carmine Appice, Jeff Pilson, Bobby Rock,
