HAKEN – annunciano il cambio di line-up con un gradito ritorno

I prog rocker HAKEN sono entusiasti di annunciare il ritorno del tastierista originale della band Pete Jones, il quale farà il suo debutto nelle prossime date live della band a sostegno del loro album più recente “Virus”, pubblicato nel 2020 su Inside Out Music.

Il commento della band:
“Siamo davvero entusiasti di dare il benvenuto a Pete ad Haken. Pete è un musicista dal talento fenomenale e da quando è tornato ha dato nuova vita alla band, ispirandoci ad esplorare un territorio musicale fresco ed emozionante. Questa è una nuova era per Haken e non vediamo l’ora di condividerla con tutti voi!”

“Sono entusiasta di questo ricongiungimento dopo aver seguito la band da vicino nel corso degli anni e averla vista crescere. È stato fantastico riconnettersi con Rich nel disco ‘Nova Collective’, e poi lavorare più a stretto contatto con i ragazzi negli ultimi due album. Non vedo l’ora per il prossimo capitolo, carichissimo e fiero di poterne nuovamente fare parte!”

The band recently announced the postponement of their European tour dates, with new dates soon to be announced. Their North American tour alongside Symphony X is set to go ahead starting 10th May 2022 in New York City, running through the month and ending 12th June in New Jersey. “Virus” is the culmination of a musical thought experiment which started with the ‘Vector’ writing sessions in 2017 and holds intriguing potential for the band’s future, as vocalist Ross Jennings explains, “whilst ‘Virus’ can absolutely be enjoyed as a stand-alone work, it is thematically and conceptually linked with ‘Vector’, so our intention is to perform both albums back to back for a special performance someday”.
