Il formato Dolby Atmos è stato realizzato da Bruce Soord, multistrumentista e frontman dei The Pineapple Thief. Dolby Atmos è un formato audio surround immersivo che offre un’esperienza sonora spaziale che supera di gran lunga le normali abitudini di ascolto e finora è stato utilizzato principalmente nei cinema. Ora è solo ma sicuramente trovare la sua strada nella musica. Quando fatto bene, Dolby Atmos permette di riprodurre la musica con chiarezza e profondità senza precedenti.
Il mix Dolby Atmos amplifica e migliora tutto ciò che è “A Memory Of Our Future”. L’intero album è stato registrato e prodotto esclusivamente in analogico, dal microfono al mixaggio e al mastering, rendendolo un manifesto di precisione e passione difficile da trovare nel panorama musicale di oggi oltre che una personale ‘rivincita dell’analogico’. Earlier this month, the supergroup released the single and video, Blood In The Water. The single has it all: a pulsating beat, a catchy hook, and that ineffable prog-rock spirit that appeals to heart and mind simultaneously. The single is an anthem for resilience in the face of a shark tank’s-worth of daunting challenges. It encourages those who dare to resist conformity and courageously to look ahead; it issues a call to be different and join a movement of resistance.
After their successful 30 Years Anniversary Tour through Europe, the Soulmates will be performing a special open-air concert in the courtyard of the Munich Residenz on August 15, 2024 and play the new album live.
