Mastodon: ingaggiato il chitarrista Nick Johnston per il tour americano

I Mastodon hanno reclutato il chitarrista canadese Nick Johnston per il tour americano iniziato l’8 maggio 2025. Dopo di Brent Hinds, i Mastodon avevano inizialmente assoldato lo Ben Eller con cui si sono esibiti al Tool In The Sand Festival.
Johnston in passato ha realizzato alcuni album solisti e ha collaborato con artisti come Paul Gilbert , Marco Minnemann , Guthrie Govan e Bryan Beller. Inoltre ha preso parte ai tour con con Between the Buried e Me and the Contortionist.
