“Con ‘Wake Up’ abbiamo voluto accoppiare i suoni più delicati e quasi shoegaze dei classici acustici alternativi degli anni ’90 con un approccio sonicamente moderno e più pesante alla Of Mice & Men. Il testo è un richiamo alla consapevolezza e alla presenza, giustapponendo l’imperativo di vivere nel qui e ora con immagini metaforiche oniriche.
Si tratta di un video musicale o di un’esperienza trascendentale? Forse non lo sapremo mai, ma il visionario regista Mike Matsui ha davvero fatto un lavoro incredibile con questo video. Lo abbiamo girato in una splendida location di San Francisco e Mike e il suo team sono riusciti a catturare l’estetica onirica della canzone. Inoltre, non crediamo che nessuno abbia mai suonato un breakdown in quella chiesa prima d’ora, quindi siamo abbastanza sicuri di aver fatto la storia!”.

Earlier this year Of Mice & Men released Another Miracle’s title track which marked their first new music since 2023’s Tether and their first since signing to new label Century Media Records. The band are playing songs off the upcoming album as well as fan favorites this summer at festival appearances including Summer Daze Festival in Elko, NV, Warped Tour in Long Beach, CA and Orlando, FL, and Louder Than Life in Louisville, KY. They will also embark on a headline run in The UK and European run with dates kicking off November 27 and concluding December 14. North American headline dates will be announced soon.
