Vulgar Fest: tutti i dettagli della nona edizione

l Vulgar fest cambia volto, nuova gestione, nuova location e tantissime grandissime novità a breve.
Giunge alla sua 9 edizione il Vulgar fest, evento tra i più attesi ed apprezzati in tutto il circuito del metal estremo.
In questi anni il Vulgar fest si è fatto largo in Italia ed europa come evento che ospita solo il lato più estremo e violento delle sonorità metal, ospitando nelle sue passate edizioni band del calibro di Master, Lividity, Cripple bastards, Vulvectomy, Necrotorture, Subhuman, Holocausto canibal, Beheaded, Stillness blade, Onicectomy, Suffocate bastard, Tsubo e tante validissime band dell’underground italiano ed europeo.
Questa nona edizione avrà luogo all’xzone di Squinzano (Lecce) e vedrà esibirsi sul palco:
I Dying Breed si formano a Palermo il 29/06/2012, da un’idea di Giulio rizzo (chitarra), Salvatore Cusimano (batteria), uniti da una voglia di suonare uno stile totalmente diverso dalla massa, con varie influenze e mischiando vari stili tra cui il brutal death metal, il thrash metal e il death metal e un po’ di sonorità stile Behemoth e Six feet under. Dopo sole due prove già inizia a prendere forma il primo inedito “the cursed tower of sumacria”, dove sperimentano in pieno tutte le loro capacità compositive. La svolta arriva con l’ingresso di Ignazio Conticello alla voce In seguito verrà composto il brano omonimo “dying breed”, ed il terzo inedito “dead walk”. Nel settembre 2013 l’allineamento della band cambia entrano Giupy Giunta al Basso e Sebastiano Tomasino alla chitarra solista.
Dying breed was born in Palermo on 29/06/2012, by an idea of Giulio Rizzo (guitarist), and Salvatore Cusimano (drummer). Pushed by a desire to play a totally different musical style, a different style from the crowd, with so many influences, the group mixes up different kind of styles, like brutal death metal, thrash metal end death metal and a little of Behemoth and Six Feet Under style. Right after two practices, the first unreleased song “The Cursed Tower of Sumacria” takes form, where the group tests in a full way their talent. The turning point arrives with Ignazio Conticello. Then, the omonymous song “Dying Breed” will be composed, and the third unreleased song “Dead Walk.”
I Neka nascono nel 2010 a Foggia, il progetto vede alla batteria Paolo Damato (Rocky Horror Fuckin’Shit), al basso Francesco Rinaldi (Necrotorture, Rocky Horror Fuckin’Shit e Superzoo), alla chitarra Alessandro
Beneventi (Necrotorture, endorser B.C. Rich 2003/04 e Esp Guitar 2005/07) e alla voce Antonio De Rosa (Bestial Carnage, Demonic Laughter).
Mel 2012 viene dato alla luce la prima uscita discografica dal titolo Nekyia, un E.P. composto da 5 pezzi inediti (in cui su Amaterasu’s compare come ospite Alex Necrotorture), più una cover dei Necrotorture “Anal Torture”.
Sempre dall’E.P. Nekya viene girato il primo video ufficiale del brano Mudras Gesture.
In seguito all’uscita di Nekyia la band ha svolto una intensa attività live condividendo il palco con svariate bands come Malevolent Creation,Infernal Poetry,Necrotorture,Natron,Bulldozer,Necrodeath,Schizo,Cruentus,Gory Blister,The Juliet Massacre e a intrapreso il primo tour europeo di supporto ai Soulphureus nel 2013 suonando in Belgio,Germania,Rep.Ceca e Ungheria.
Attualmente la band è impegnata con le registrazioni del loro primo full lenght dal titolo Colossus,composto da 11 pezzi inediti che vede la partecipazione come special guests di Mancan(Ecnephias), Nicola Bavaro(Natron) e alla produzione del secondo video ufficiale.
I Neka suonano un brutal/death metal di stampo americano sulla scia di gruppi quali Cannibal Corpse, non disdegnando anche influenze provenienti dal death metal old school degli anni novanta e dal black.
Neka is a project born in 2010 from Foggia(Italy). This project sees Paolo Damato (Rocky Horror Fuckin’Shit) at drums, Francesco Rinaldi (Necrotorture, Rocky Horror Fuckin’Shit and Superzoo) at bass, Alessandro Beneventi (Necrotorture, endorser BC Esp Guitar Rich 2003/04 and 2005/07) at guitar and the vocaist Antonio De Rosa (Bestial Carnage, Demonic Laughter).
In 2012 is produced first release entitled Nekyia, an E.P. consisting of 5 new songs (which appears as a guest on Amaterasu’s Alex Necrotorture), plus a cover of Necrotorture “Anal Torture”.
Always by E. P. Nekya shot is the first official video of the song Mudras Gesture.
Following the release the band has developed an intense live activity, sharing the stage with several bands like Malevolent Creation, Infernal Poetry, Necrotorture, Natron, Bulldozer, Necrodeath, Schizo, Cruentus, Gory Blister, The Juliet Massacre, and undertook the first the European tour to support Soulphureus in 2013, playing in Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic and Hungary.
Currently the band is busy with the recording of their first full length album titled Colossus, consists of 11 new songs with the participation of special guests Mancan (Ecnephias), Nicola Bavaro (Natron) and the production of the second official video.
Neka play a brutal / death metal in the wake of American-style bands such as Cannibal Corpse, not disdaining even influences from old school death metal and black of the nineties.

Buffal grillz da Roma, Super grind death metal band attiva dal 2008 con membri di Undertakers, Tsubo, Dr. Gore ed Hour of Penance, fautrice di un grind estremo ed irriverente in stile Nasum, Napalm Death, Asesino con all’attivo partecipazioni nei più importanti festival estremi italiani ed esteri.
The idea Buffalo Grillz was founded in 2008 by the meeting of two “distorted” minds : Max Marzocca (drummer from Natron) and Enrico Giannone (voice of Undertakers). The purpose of the band ,inspired by the famous steak house, is offer to the listener a “barbecue” of violent sound. Cinghio (bassist from Orange Man Theory) was recruited in the band; Cinghio immediately showed his attitude in the project; after a few weeks makes up about 6 tracks. Unfortunately Max Marzocca, for problems of geographical distance, decided to abandon the project; the band decided to go ahead and Cinghio passes on the guitar ; in a few days the line up was completed : Gux (ex-bassist of Tsubo) and Mastino (drummer of Dr. Gore) were recruited. ALL STAR GRIND COMBO. The results was a bastard mixing of the early Napalm Death , Nasum and Asesino. Time iperfast, tight guitars straight in your face. Fast and Loud is the “philosophy” of the band and a very ironic attitude; as matter of fact , the band decide not to have any type of text (NO WARNING EXPLICIT LYRICS). The debut cd (out on Gangstaparadise rec.) will contain about 16 tracks of pure musical terrorism. YES WE GRIND.
La band viene fondata nel 2003 da Paride Mercurio (voce) e si evolve, con l’ingresso di Rosario Piazza (chitarra) e Marcello Triolo (basso), come un progetto ispirato alla scuola brutal death metal americana.
Nel 2006 la band inizia le registrazioni del primo album, presso il “21nesimo livello” e il “Raven Studios” di Palermo, che viene pubblicato nel 2007 col titolo di Carnasyum. Nello stesso anno Tony Rettino (chitarra) e Giorgio Piparo (batteria) completano la line-up e la band comincia a lavorare al progetto successivo, “Nechronicles” (inizialmente concepito come album completo). Nel 2008 viene pubblicato il promo contenente i brani Putrid Meat Walking e Rotten Flesh Puppet.
Nel 2009 Rosario Piazza lascia la band e viene rimpiazzato da Daniele Gruppuso, che ultima le registrazioni di Nechronicles.
Nel 2010 la band firma per “TheSpew Records” rilasciando l’EP Nechronicles e nello stesso periodo Giovanni Sciortino sostituisce Daniel Gruppuso alla chitarra.
Nel 2011 la band rilascia il primo video ufficiale, contenente un singolo (Mouth Crasher), che farà parte del nuovo album M.D.K.
Nel 2012 Giorgio Piparo lascia la band e viene sostituito da Lorenzo Reina, che partecipa attivamente alla definizione dei brani del nuovo album.
M.D.K. (registrato a Palermo presso il Pietro Ventimiglia Studio e con mastering effettuato presso l’Hertz Studio) viene ultimato nell’estate del 2012
e nel 2013 la band firma per la Inherited Suffering Records. Nello stesso periodo Tony Rettino entra a far parte della Blakhart e della D’Orazio come endorser. Alla fine del 2013 Lorenzo Reina diventa endorser Tamburo.
A marzo 2014 Salvatore Li Causi sostituisce Giovanni Sciortino alla chitarra e la band pubblica il nuovo video ufficiale “Swallowed By Morgellons”, preso da Murder Death Kill.
In questi anni i cadaver mutilator hanno condiviso il palco con Sinister, Dismember, Defeated Sanity, Avulsed, Emeth, Horrid, Natron, Nefas, Corpse Fucking Art, Cripple Bastards, Goretrade, Cremated Lives, Amputated, Destruction, Suffocation e molti altri.
The band is founded in 2003 by Paride Mercurio (vocals) and evolves, with the entry of Rosario Piazza (guitar) and Marcello Triolo (bass), as a project inspired by the American brutal death metal style. In 2006 the band starts recording their first album near the “21nesimo livello” and the “Raven Studios” in Palermo. The work is published in 2007 with the title of “Carnasyum”. In the same year Tony Rettino (guitar) and Giorgio Piparo (drums) complete the line-up and the band starts working on the next project “Nechronicles” (originally designed as a full-length album). In 2011 the band publish the first official video, containing a single (Mouth Crasher) which will be part of the new album: “M.D.K.”.
In 2012 Giorgio Piparo leaves the band and is replaced by Lorenzo Reina, who actively participates
in developing the songs on the new album. “M.D.K.” (recorded at Pietro Ventimiglia Studios and mastered at Hertz Studio) is finished in the summer of 2012 and in 2013 the band signs for Inherited Suffering Records. During this period Tony Rettino becomes a Blakhart and D’Orazio endorser and in late 2013 Lorenzo Reina becomes a Tamburo endorser.
In 2014 Salvatore Li Causi replaces Giovanni Sciortino on guitar and the band publish the new official video “Swallowed By Morgellons”, taken from Murder Death Kill.

Attivi dal 1999 e con un contratto Prosthetic records, gli Hour of Penance completano il bill di questa nona edizione, I capitolini, rappresentano a tutti gli effetti una delle band più blasonate e seguite in tutto il mondo, la loro proposta di death metal ha innovato i canoni del genere senza abbandonare mai la violenza di un sound ispirato a Morbid Angel, Nile, Behemoth e capace di essere accostato a questi grandi nomi in tutto il mondo, una band che rappresenta sicuramente uno dei nomi migliori del death metal mondiale ed una fonte di vanto nazionale.
