Beast In Black: in tour con i W.A.S.P. Ecco il drum playthrough

I Beast In Black pubblicheranno il loro album di debutto “Berserker” la prossima settimana su Nuclear Blast Records. Il lato più selvaggio delle canzoni del gruppo va assolutamente assaporato dal vivo e per nessun motivo si può perdere il gruppo di spalla ai leggendari W.A.S.P. nel loro Re-Idolized: “The Crimson Idol” 25th Anniversary World Tour, che inizierà ad Anversa (Olanda) oggi, 28 ottobre. I biglietti sono in vendita qui.
Poiché il batterista Sami Hänninen non potrà prendere parte a questo tour, verrà sostituito da Atte Palokangas, la cui bravura emerge dal video in cui suona l’opener del disco ‘Beast In Black’.

Il quintetto heavy metal di stanza a Helsinki BEAST IN BLACK è stato fondato da Anton Kabanen dopo aver lasciato i BATTLE BEAST nel 2015. Alla fine del 2015 la band ha suonato il suo primo concerto in apertura ai NIGHTWISH. La creazione di “Berserker” è stata completata nell’estate 2017, dopodiché la band ha firmato per Nuclear Blast.
“Berserker” è stato prodotto da Anton nel suo Sound Quest Studio. L’artwork segna il ritorno della collaborazione tra Anton e Roman Ismailov, illustratore originario dei BATTLE BEAST.
“Berserker” mantiene lo stile dei precedenti lavori di Anton, tra cui i primi tre dischi dei BATTLE BEAST. Influenzato da band metal degli anni ’80 come JUDAS PRIEST, MANOWAR, W.A.S.P., BLACK SABBATH e ACCEPT, il disco è un grande album heavy metal. “È molto diretto, orecchiabile e potente. In alcune parti non mancano le influenze sinfoniche”, precisa Anton. Anche dal punto di vista lirico Kabanen riprende il suo precedente stile: “Molte canzoni, tra cui la title track, ‘Beast In Black’, e ‘Zodd The Immortal’, sono pesantemente influenzate dal manga e anime giapponese ‘Berserk’”.
