Sono stati confermati per il tedesco Earthshaker Fest 2006 i Gorefest, i Mendeed e i Justice.

Gli organizzatori hanno inoltre comunicato che i Blind Guardian saranno, quest'anno, gli special guest dell'evento. Ci sarà la possibilità di ascoltare in anteprima le canzoni di Twist In The Mith (nuovo disco che uscirà il primo settempre) e una sessione autografi con tutti i componenti della band nella serata di venerdì 21 luglio.
