Stando a quanto riferiscono le voci, il gruppo si riunirà sotto il nome di Heaven and Hell per una tournèe che toccherà anche l'Europa.

Uscirà il 26 gennaio 2007 per l'austriaca CCP Records l'album “Happy Days”, il cui titolo è ispirato all'omonimo dramma teatrale di Samuel Beckett.
Rispetto a Carmina Pagana il nuovo album è più omogeneo ed oscuro, avendo preso come ispirazione Primordial, Ulver e Satyricon, ma è anche più aperto contaminazioni sperimentali e rock.
