Dopo la rottura con la Nuclear Blast, arriva un nuovo contratto discografico per i Misery Index con la Relapse Records. La band sta già registrando il nuovo album ad Atlanta in compagnia del produttore Eyal Levi. Il disco uscirà molto probabilmente a maggio e tra i titoli compariranno: 'Conquistadores', 'Outsourcing Jehovah', 'Breathing Pestilence', 'Dystopian Nightmares' e 'Meet Reality'.
